Infection Control Policy
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
We adhere to the latest Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines as recommended by our professional body and the Department of Health. Our practitioners are equipped with the appropriate PPE to maintain optimal safety and hygiene standards.
Hygiene Protocols
Upon arrival, patients are required to disinfect their hands. While wearing masks is not mandatory, disposable masks are available for those who opt to use them.
Room and Equipment Sanitisation
The treatment couch is thoroughly disinfected after each patient, and touch surfaces are regularly wiped throughout the day to ensure a consistently clean and safe environment.
Linen-Free Environment and Patient Comfort
All linens have been removed to reduce the risk of infection spread. We advise patients to wear loose, comfortable clothing for their treatments. Paper sheets are provided for privacy during clothing removal, and a heat lamp is available to maintain comfort.
Single-Use Sterile Needles
We use only high-quality, single-use needles. Each needle packet is opened in front of the patient to ensure sterility.
