Initial Consultation (In Person) and Treatment
Designed for new patients and includes:
- Comprehensive intake of medical, reproductive, and lifestyle history.
- Recommendations on medical tests or treatments, lifestyle guidance, and acupuncture treatment planning.
- First acupuncture treatment, unless you have a very complex history that require more time to be spent on your medical history.

Initial Consultation (Virtual) and Treatment Plan Report
A virtual session designed for new patients who prefer to have the initial consultation virtually before committing to treatment. It includes:
- Comprehensive intake of medical, fertility, acupuncture, and lifestyle history.
- Recommendations on fertility medical tests or treatments, lifestyle guidance, and acupuncture treatment planning.
- A written report with recommendations and acupuncture treatment plan for you to use with your local acupuncturist.

Payment Terms
All patients are required to have a valid payment card on file. This card will be charged after each session. A receipt will be emailed to the email address on the patient’s file.
Health Insurance Cover
If you are considering acupuncture for symptoms such as stress, menstrual pain, cycle irregularities, PMT (premenstrual tension), or menopausal symptoms, etc., your health insurance may cover the cost of your treatment. But, be aware that treatments focused on fertility might not be covered.
Before you book your first acupuncture session, please check with your insurance provider to confirm what is covered under your policy and the correct claims procedure.
A payment receipt will be emailed at the end of each session for you to use as proof of payment for your claim.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy
To maintain efficient scheduling and availability for all our patients, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, a full fee will be charged, except in exceptional circumstances such as a major accident or bereavement. We appreciate your understanding.
