Complaints Policy
If you have a complaint or concern about any aspect of the treatment you have received from a practitioner or any staff member, please let us know as soon as possible.
Step 1
If you speak to us, the complaint will be logged, and we will attempt to resolve the issue immediately.
Step 2
If unsatisfied, email your complaint to admin@fertility-acupuncture-london.co.uk or post it to c/o Irina Szmelskyj, Conceivable London Fertility Acupuncture Clinic, Third Floor, 7 Bury Place, London, WC1A 2LA.
We will:
- Treat your complaint seriously.
- Find out what happened and what went wrong.
- Work to resolve your complaint promptly and with confidence.
- Make sure you receive an explanation and an apology, if appropriate.
- Identify what we can do to ensure this problem does not arise again.
- Learn lessons and use them to review and, where applicable, improve our service.
